If you don’t get the email invitation, check in your junk mail folder (spam folder, etc.) and, if needed, authorize the SOM sender (invitation@web.som.ca) or mark the message as “not spam”.
You could not access to the questionnaire?
If you could not get to the questionnaire, there may just be a problem with the hyperlink. In this case, we invite you to try again by clicking on the link included in the email with the subject line “Problem solving – Web survey”.

Using your browser’s “Back”, “Next” or “Refresh” buttons can cause the questionnaire to stop working. If you used one of these buttons, you should access the questionnaire again to restart and use only the buttons provided for questionnaire navigation.
Are you having other kinds of problems? Are the problems persistent?
If available, you can try using a different Web browser to complete the survey. Installing the latest version of your browser can also help reduce the risk of errors.
